Amit Nigam

Amit Nigam has extensive experience in the insurance and banking sectors, currently serving as a Customer Service Officer at Reliance General Insurance Company Limited since November 2007. Amit is responsible for managing the entire operation related to legal cases, coordinating with clients and advocates, and overseeing the billing process. Prior roles include Subject Matter Expert and Team Leader positions at HDFC Standard Life Insurance and Centurion Bank of Punjab, where responsibilities included team management and lead processing. Amit holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from Sikkim Manipal University and Lucknow University, respectively.
