Bhushan Deshpande

Bhushan Deshpande is an experienced technology professional currently serving as Assistant Vice President Technology at Reliance General Insurance since August 2022. Prior to this role, Bhushan held the position of Assistant Vice President Information Technology at HDFC ERGO General Insurance from February 2021 to August 2022 and served as a Senior Consultant at Cognizant from August 2016 to February 2021. Additionally, Bhushan has a solid background in IT management from positions held at L & T Insurance and earlier roles at Cognizant and Reliance General Insurance. Bhushan began the career as an Officer at ICICI Bank Ltd and also served as a Senior Customer Service Officer at E2E Serwizsol - Tata Enterprise. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the Government College of Engineering, Chandrapur, completed in 2003.
