Amar Patel

Amar Patel is an experienced operations and maintenance professional currently serving as the Operation & Maintenance Manager for the CBG division at Reliance Industries Limited since October 2023. Prior to this role, Amar held the position of Senior Engineer in Shift Operations and Maintenance at GPS Renewables, where responsibilities included serving as Shift Incharge at India's largest 500 TPD SSO-based Bio-CNG plant from November 2021 to October 2023. Amar also contributed as a Secretary in a research project at Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology, Surat, and worked as an Operation and Maintenance Engineer at Glow Green Biotech, overseeing the supervision, maintenance, and commissioning of plant machinery from January 2020 to March 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as a Junior Research Fellow at Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology, Surat, from December 2017 to August 2019. Amar holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Energy Systems from Nirma University (2015-2017) and a Bachelor's of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Vidyabharti Trust Institute of Technology (2011-2015).
