Binay Jha

Binay Jha is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in managing HR functions across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of HR, IR & Admin for the Reliance Engineering Group under Reliance Industries Limited since April 2005, Binay oversees a workforce of over 1000 employees. Prior to this role, leadership was provided for HR teams in multiple Service and Corporate Functions at Reliance Industries, managing a workforce of more than 1200. Earlier career highlights include serving as HR Lead at Ispat Industries Ltd, where end-to-end employee life cycle management was executed for a workforce of 700, and as HR Manager at Raymond Limited. Binay holds a degree in Labour Law and Labour Welfare from Symbiosis International University and a Master's in Personnel Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
