Deepesh Tayade has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Deepesh started their career as a Senior Engineer (Fire Protection) at Aker Kvaerner Power Gas Pvt Ltd, where they worked on various projects including Fire Hydrant systems and Gas Reinjection projects. Deepesh then moved on to Alstom Projects India Ltd as a Lead Engineer (Fire Protection), before joining Petrofac International Ltd. as a Principal Engineer HSE (Loss Prevention), where they worked on the Sohar refinery project. Deepesh also worked at Saipem Sharjah as a Chief Engineer, leading projects such as the ARBI 20/23 Well Head Platform and the Karan 52/60 WHP proposal. Currently, they are with Reliance Industries Limited, holding the roles of Chief Design Engineer and Senior General Manager, where their responsibilities include designing Loss Prevention Systems.

Deepesh Tayade attended Government Engineering College Jabalpur from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to that, from 1987 to 1993, they attended Pt. l.shankar Jha Govt. Model High School Jabalpur (MP), focusing on Maths, Physics, and Chemistry.
