Jayant Divey has a wealth of experience in the chemical industry, with work spanning several decades. JAYANT then moved on to National Organic Chemical Industries Ltd (NOCIL) in 1979, where they held various roles such as Management Trainee, Production & Process Engineer, Head of Process Engineering & Pilot Plant, and Chief Polymer Technologist. At NOCIL, Jayant also served as the Polymer Plant Manager and Chief Technologist - Polymers, overseeing various polymer plants and expansion projects.

In 1997, Jayant joined Reliance and continued to hold significant roles such as General Manager, Assistant Vice President, Vice President, and ultimately, Sr. Vice President. Their undergraduate education was at Nagpur University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from 1970 to 1975.
