Navin Patil

Navin Patil currently serves as a Manager at Reliance Industries Limited since December 2022, overseeing electrical operations for a gas turbine and steam turbine power plant, including O&M activities at a 220 kV switchyard. Prior experience includes positions as Associate Manager at GMR Group and Senior Engineer at Shree Cement Ltd., with an earlier role as Site Supervisor at Ramesh Enterprises, focusing on LT & HT line erection in rural areas. Navin holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Operation Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University, a Post Graduation Diploma in Thermal Power Generation from National Power Training Institute, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Nagpur University. Currently, Navin is pursuing a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Henry Harvin and a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety Management from the National Institute of Fire and Safety Management.
