Piyush Mehta

Piyush Mehta has over 25 years of work experience in various roles. PIYUSH worked as a Lead Mechanical Engineer at Reliance, where they played a significant role in the safe commissioning of a Gasification complex. Prior to this, they were a Senior Manager at Ambuja Cements Ltd., where they were responsible for feasibility studies, engineering, and procurement for new projects. PIYUSH also developed systems for alternate fuels utilization in cement plants. Before that, they were the Plant Manager at Kapa Oil Refineries Limited, where they improved the overall productivity of the detergent plant. Earlier in their career, they worked at Saurashtra Cement Limited as an Assistant Manager, where they were responsible for maintenance of equipment and energy conservation efforts.

Piyush Mehta attended Shri Satya Sai School in Jamnagar, India from 1977 to 1984. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from L.D. College of Engineering. Additionally, Piyush Mehta obtained a Project Management Certification from the International Institute of Learning and Holcim, but the specific dates are unknown.
