Sabyasachi Acharya

Sabyasachi Acharya is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the chemical and petrochemical industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Reliance Industries Limited since September 2012, Sabyasachi oversees operations in the C2 complex. Prior to this role, Sabyasachi held the position of Deputy General Manager at GAIL (India) Limited, leading the department of the HDPE plant for a brief period in 2012. Sabyasachi has also served as Chief Manager of the Gas Cracker Unit at GAIL from 2008 to 2012 and worked as Senior Engineer at IPCL from 1991 to 1998. Sabyasachi’s educational background includes a B Tech in Chemical Technology from Calcutta University, complemented by earlier studies at Uttapara Govt High School and Uttarpara Amarendra Vidyapith.
