Senior Vice President - Operations Excellence at Reliance Infosystems

Temitope Koya has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2012 as an Application Developer at Global 4Sight Vantage, where they were responsible for the deployment and customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM for various insurance companies. They also integrated third-party systems.

In 2016, Koya joined ASL Business Solutions Ltd as a Senior Business Application Consultant, where they deployed and upgraded Microsoft Dynamics GP and HRFocus. They were involved in technical pre-sales activities, requirement gathering, and configuring Dynamics GP according to client requests.

From 2017, Koya worked at Reliance Infosystems, initially as a Business Application Techno-Functional Consultant. In this role, they managed and developed all Dynamics 365 workloads and supported pre-sales activities. Later, Koya became the Vice President of Operations Excellence, overseeing resource management, development, integrations, and customer satisfaction for Dynamics 365.

Throughout their career, Koya has demonstrated proficiency in Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Dynamics suite applications, as well as strong skills in pre-sales engagement, requirement gathering, and technical consulting.

Temitope Koya obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Ajayi Crowther University. They also have a Secondary School Leaving Certificates from Mayflower School Ikenne. Additionally, they hold multiple certifications, including being a Microsoft Certified Trainer in 2020-2021 and 2022-2023. They also have certifications in Azure DevOps, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics CRM 2011 Customization and Configuration.
