Michelle Weisman

Michelle Weisman, MBA, has a strong background in finance and has held various roles throughout their career. Michelle most recently worked as the Director of Finance at IDENTCO and Reliance Label Solutions starting in 2022. Prior to that, they were the Region Finance Controller and Plant Controller at Essentra from 2019 to 2022. From 2015 to 2019, Michelle held the position of Plant Controller at Arconic. Before that, they worked at Alcoa for over 10 years, starting as an Assistant Plant Controller and eventually becoming a Group Financial Analyst and Manufacturing Analyst. Michelle began their career at Dana Holding Corporation, where they held roles as Plant Controller, Cost Accountant/Payroll Administrator, and Internal Financial Auditor. Throughout their career, Michelle has gained experience in financial analysis, forecasting, controls, and strategic decision-making.

Michelle Weisman earned their MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they received a BS in Finance and Economics from the Miller College of Business at Ball State University in 2002. Michelle's education history also includes studying Economics at Manchester University from 1999 to 2001.
