Crystal Marjorie

Crystal Marjorie is an experienced professional in the fields of learning and development and human resource management. Currently serving as Vice President of L&D and Lead HR Technology at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance since September 2017, Crystal has a strong background in instructional design and L&D strategy developed during tenure as Learning and Development Manager at Jet Airways from February 2005 to September 2017. Crystal also held the position of International Operations Manager during that time, focusing on operations management. Currently pursuing an Advanced degree in Human Resource Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, with an expected completion date of May 2025, Crystal holds a Bachelor of Business Management Studies from JAI HIND COLLEGE, MUMBAI, obtained in January 2004.
