Darshita Waghela

Darshita Waghela is an experienced HR professional with a solid background in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as an HR Manager at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance since January 2021, Darshita has also held positions as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Human Resources Executive within the same organization. Prior experience includes a role as a Recruiter at Shree HR Consultant for a short period and a similar position at Mployd Consulting Services Pvt Ltd.
