Dipika Rathod

Dipika Rathod has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Dipika started their career in 2006 as a Senior Customer Service Executive at Firstsource. Dipika then joined Aegon Life in 2010 as a Customer Service Team Manager, where they worked until 2018. In 2019, Dipika joined Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance as an Assistant Risk Manager and later became a Risk Manager. Dipika'smost recent role was at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, where they started in 2022 as a Senior Risk Manager and was promoted to Associate Vice President.

Dipika Rathod completed their education from 2011 to 2013 at ITM Group of Institutions, where they pursued an MBA in Human Resources Management.
