Shiva Bantu has a strong work experience in the field of information technology. Shiva is currently working as an Associate Vice President - Information Technology at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance since December 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at AU SMALL FINANCE BANK from March 2022 to November 2022. Before that, they worked as a Manager at ADITYA BIRLA FINANCIAL SHARED SERVICES LIMITED from September 2017 to May 2021. Shiva also served as a Project Manager at SunSmart Technologies Pvt. Ltd from September 2009 to August 2017, and as a Software Engineer at Oriental Solutions Inc from August 2007 to August 2009.

Shiva Bantu attended Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University from 2003 to 2007. Shiva completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering during this time period.
