Francis Garcia

Francis Garcia is a seasoned professional in client implementation management, currently serving as a Senior Client Implementation Manager at Reliance Matrix since September 2025. Previously, Francis worked as the Manager of Client Implementations at AMN Healthcare from November 2019 to August 2025 and as an Implementation Manager at Nvoicepay between November 2017 and July 2019. Early career experience includes roles at First Insight Corporation, where Francis held the positions of Manager of Deployments & Training Department and Implementation Manager & Sr. Trainer from December 2010 to September 2017, and as a Senior Technical Trainer at Thomson Reuters from March 2008 to April 2010.
