Gabriel Pedroza

Gabriel Pedroza is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in desktop engineering and system administration, currently serving as a Sr. Desktop Engineer/System Administrator at Matrix Absence Management since January 2012. In addition to this role, Gabriel has been the owner of Computer Upgraders Inc. since June 1995. Previous positions include serving as a Technical Support Specialist III at both FastTeks Onsite Computer Services and Geeks On Site, as well as a Local SPOC at Arizona Schools for the Deaf and Blind. Gabriel began a career in technical support with eTelecare Global Solutions as a Dell XPS L2 Outbound Support Specialist.
