Jim McGovern

Jim McGovern has a diverse work experience in the insurance and technology industries. Jim currently holds the position of Vice President Distribution Channel Management at Reliance Matrix since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at 3Oe Scientific, a technology company focusing on sanitation and infection prevention from 2021 to 2022. From 2012 to 2021, Jim worked at OneAmerica, starting as the National Vice President Sales and Service, then progressing to Vice President of the Employee Benefits Division, and finally serving as the Senior Vice President of the Group Employee Benefits Division. Before that, they worked at CIGNA as a Regional Sales Manager from 2000 to 2012. Their earlier roles include Sales Executive at UnumProvident, Sales Representative at CIGNA Group Insurance, and Sales Specialist at Continental Insurance Company.

Jim McGovern attended Purdue University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Jim also attended the University of Indianapolis, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration.
