Katie Ford, MBA, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Katie'smost recent role is Vice President, Risk Adjustment and Quality at Reliance Medical Centers since June 2021. Prior to that, they served as Director, Medicare Stars and Risk Adjustment at Aetna, a CVS Health Company from August 2019 to June 2021. In 2018, Katie worked as Director, Medicare Risk Adjustment at Humana. Before that, they held the position of Director, Revenue Management and STARS Operation- Medicare Advantage at Johns Hopkins HealthCare from December 2016 to February 2018. From November 2013 to December 2016, they were Director, Medicare Risk Adjustment at Humana, and prior to that, they served as Manager, Coding Operations- Medicare Risk Adjustment at the same company from January 2012 to November 2013.

Katie also has experience outside the healthcare industry, as they worked at FirstGroup America from January 2010 to January 2012 as a Central Background Checking Unit, Audit and Compliance Coordinator. Katie'sresponsibilities included monitoring background check results, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating efforts with various departments. Before that, they held the position of Executive Director, Human Resources and Account Operations at Neltner Billing from February 2005 to September 2009. Katie began their career at Paramount's Carowinds as an Operations Manager, where they worked from 1999 to 2003.

Katie Ford, MBA, PHR, has a well-rounded education history. In 1991, they began their college education at Northern Kentucky University, where they studied general courses for two years. After taking a break from academia, they resumed their studies in 2010 at Thomas More University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 2013.

Continuing their pursuit of knowledge and personal development, Katie obtained additional certifications to enhance their professional expertise. In December 2011, they became a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) through the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In November 2012, they further expanded their skills by becoming a Certified Professional Coder through the AAPC.

To complement their educational background, Katie undertook advanced education at Amberton University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Strategic Leadership in 2019.
