Ronald Gibson has extensive experience in the security industry. Ronald started their career as an Assistant Jail Administrator at Benton County Sheriffs Department in 2005. In 2011, they became a District Loss Prevention Manager at SOS Security LLC, where they worked until 2013. Ronald then joined American Security and Protective Services as a Loss Prevention Operations Manager from 2013 to 2014. In the same year, Ronald joined Reliance Security, Inc as an Operations Manager/Loss Prevention Consultant and eventually became the Director of Operations.
