Josh Steinwald

Josh Steinwald has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Josh started their career at TeleTech in 1995 as a Technical Support Supervisor. In 1998, they joined JPL (NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory) as an Information Systems Operations Manager, where they managed a team providing technical support and systems monitoring for a large number of employees and affiliates. In 2015, they joined Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. as a Sr. Manager, Field Operations, where they led and motivated a team of Field Operations Specialists providing support across North America. In 2020, they were promoted to the role of Director, IT Support Services at the same company.

Josh Steinwald attended the Woodcrest Elementary School from 1978 to 1984, where they completed their primary education. Josh then went on to attend Montclair College Prep School from 1984 to 1990, where they obtained their high school diploma. After completing high school, Josh attended UCLA from 1990 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice. Josh later pursued further education at USC Marshall School of Business from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Information Technology and Leadership and Organizational Development. Additionally, Josh holds the ITIL Foundations and Practitioner certifications, although the institution and dates of acquisition are unknown.
