Katherine Sales

Katherine Sales, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR relations and management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of HR Relations at Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. since October 2020, Katherine previously held various roles at Crest Steel Corporation from February 2013 to October 2020, including Director of Human Resources, Health & Safety, HR Manager, Credit Manager, and HR Coordinator. Katherine began their career as a Counselor at Louisiana State University in Shreveport in 2011. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Sociology from Centenary College of Louisiana and a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from LSU Shreveport.
