Lauren Hoffman

Lauren Hoffman currently serves as a Human Resources Initiative Specialist at Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. since June 2022, having previously interned with the same organization in a Human Resources role in 2021. During the internship, Lauren collaborated across various HR departments, conducted research on medical benefits communication, proposed enhancements to company programs, and presented new initiatives to leadership. Prior to their HR experience, Lauren worked as a Retail Sales Manager at Betsy & Tracy, where responsibilities included managing daily operations, inventory management, and local advertising. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Communication from San Diego State University in 2022 and holds a high school diploma from Notre Dame Preparatory.
