William A. Smith II

William A. Smith II is currently the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Reliance. Prior to this, they were with Metals USA Holdings Corp from August 2009 to May 2013 where they were the Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer & Secretary. William was also with Cross Match Technologies, Inc from July 2005 to August 2008 where they served as the SVP, General Counsel, Secretary, Director of Corporate Development. Smith began their career as a Foreign Lawyer with Hwang Mok Park & Jin in Seoul, Korea from November 1997 to May 1999.

William A. Smith II received their J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and their A.B. in English from Georgetown University. William also attended Landon School.
