Michael McCartha

Michael McCartha has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michael began their career as an Assistant Manager at Harkins Theatres, where they assisted with various tasks such as ordering stock, training staff, and resolving customer issues. Michael then worked as an Advanced Mobile Electronics Installation Technician at Circuit City, specializing in installing and repairing electronic equipment in motor vehicles.

Michael then transitioned into the United States Air Force, where they served as an Electronics Engineering Technician. Their responsibilities included testing electronics units, adjusting circuitry, and performing preventative maintenance and calibration of aerospace equipment and systems. Michael later served in the US Air Force Reserve as a Power Generation Assistant Manager, monitoring power plant equipment and controlling generators.

After their military service, Michael joined Axial Audio as a General Manager, overseeing general operations. Michael then moved on to United States Air Force, where they worked as a Senior Field Engineer, installing and conducting maintenance checks on F-35 Pilot and Maintenance training devices. Michael also worked as a Senior System Engineer, supporting the sustainment and maintenance of F-35 Maintenance training devices.

Following their time at the United States Air Force, Michael joined Lockheed Martin, where they held various roles. Michael served as a Field Technician Senior Specialist, providing onsite technical support and representing Lockheed Martin to Navy leadership and foreign delegates. Michael also worked as a Field Technician Specialist, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems at Aegis Ashore sites.

Most recently, Michael worked at Jacobs as a Senior Systems and Network Administrator, responsible for determining hardware and software specifications, configuring systems, and troubleshooting Microsoft servers and client products across multiple networks.

Currently, Michael McCartha is a Senior Network Support Specialist at Reliance Test & Technology, LLC, where they provide network support expertise.

Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated strong technical skills, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence in their respective roles.

Michael McCartha attended Bossier Parish Community College from 2008 to 2010, where they studied Environmental Science. Michael then went on to attend the Community College of the Air Force and earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Electronics. Additionally, Michael obtained the CompTIA Security+ ce certification from CompTIA in September 2016.
