Ken Kuzdzal

Ken Kuzdzal is an accomplished leader in the field of operations and analytics, currently serving as the Director of Analytics and Client Performance at Reliant Capital Solutions since March 2016. In this role, Ken directs data analytics management to align with the company's strategic goals. Prior to this, Ken held significant operational leadership positions, including Director of Operations at Reliant Capital Solutions and Chief Operating Officer at RMA Recovery, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing compliance and collection strategies. Ken's extensive experience also encompasses leadership roles at NCO Financial Systems, iQor, and RSI Enterprises, all within the collections industry. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Buffalo State University.
