Hinkwei Tu

Hinkwei Tu is a versatile professional with extensive experience in human resources, operations, and educational roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Reliant Group, Inc., since July 2022, Hinkwei has held multiple positions within the organization, demonstrating a well-rounded skill set. Previous positions include Operations Assistant at Rafn Company and Operations Associate at Washington Building Leaders of Change (WA-BLOC), where Hinkwei significantly improved organizational infrastructure and increased student engagement and attendance through targeted programs. Hinkwei has also contributed to education as a Servant Leader Educator and Restorative Justice Academic Mentor, implementing innovative learning strategies that empowered students and fostered academic growth. Hinkwei holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Welfare, Comparative Ethnic Studies, and Dance from the University of Washington.
