Stephen Eaddy

Stephen Eaddy is an experienced property manager with a strong background in real estate and management. Currently serving as a Property Manager at Reliant Real Estate Management since September 2020, previous roles include Property Manager at Hawthorne Residential Partners and various management positions within U-Haul, including General Manager and Area Field Manager. Eaddy has also contributed to community initiatives as a Counselor at Myrtle Grove Evangelical Presbyterian Church. Eaddy's educational background includes a B.S.B.A. in Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and an Associate's Degree in Pre-Business from Cape Fear Community College.
