Candice Gomez-Bartletto, NCCP, currently serves as the Regional Director of Site Operations and Compliance at Reliant Realty Services LLC since May 2023. Previously, Candice held various compliance-focused roles at Reliant Realty, including Director of Compliance from January 2018 to August 2023 and Regional Compliance Manager from January 2011 to January 2018, ensuring adherence to various housing programs such as LIHTC and Section 8. Before joining Reliant Realty, Candice was a Compliance Manager at The Dermot Company, Inc., overseeing regulation compliance for HUD and LIHTC properties, and has experience as a Leasing Manager at Merlon Management and an Assistant Property Manager at Marin Management.
