Ron Kaplan

Ron Kaplan is an accomplished Senior Agent and Executive at Reliant Talent Agency since August 2022. Kaplan has served as President of The Citypak Project, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing custom-designed backpacks to individuals experiencing homelessness or in housing transition, since November 2011. Previous roles include Senior Music Agent at ICM Partners from 2021 to August 2022, Agent at Paradigm Talent Agency from August 2017 to December 2020, and Owner/Agent at Monterey International from January 1994 to July 2017, where Kaplan developed a diverse roster of clients and facilitated global tours before the company was sold to Paradigm. Kaplan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from Lake Forest College.
