Cristian Soles

Cristian Soles is an experienced engineer with a robust background in project management and service engineering. Currently serving as Ingeniero III De Proyecto at RELIANZ Mining Solutions since August 2022, Cristian has also held positions at Arce Innovations as a Founding Board Member since January 2018 and as a Service Engineer at Carl Baguhn Barranquilla SAS from April 2021 to May 2022. Previously, Cristian worked at RELIANZ Mining Solutions in various roles from September 2018 to September 2020, including Ingeniero III De Proyecto and Ingeniero En Entrenamiento. Additionally, Cristian gained experience as Ingeniero de mantenimiento at Smurfit Kappa Cartón de Colombia S.A. from August 2016 to June 2017. Cristian holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad del Norte, completed in 2017.
