Joshua Bunce

Joshua Bunce is currently a Senior Platform Engineer at ReliaQuest, having progressed through various roles including Platform Engineer and Incident Response Shift Lead since March 2020. Joshua has successfully built automated processes for phishing inbox monitoring, achieving an average mean time to respond of 10 minutes, and developed an automated notification system for critical escalations. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate Security Analyst, Operations Tech Support at CenturyLink, and a Lab Assistant at SecureSet, where Joshua contributed to cybersecurity education through volunteering. Joshua also served as a Martial Arts Instructor for nearly five years, teaching values such as integrity and perseverance, and worked as a Data Cabling Technician for remodeling Domino's Pizza locations. Educational qualifications include a degree in Cyber Security Engineering from SecureSet and a high school diploma.
