Kay Krafft

Kay Krafft is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. As the Founding CEO of Bertelsmann Education Group since 2015 and CEO of Relias since 2020, Kay has demonstrated significant expertise in education and technology. Previously, Kay served as Chief Investment Officer at BMG - The New Music Company from 2009 to 2014 and held the position of Executive Vice President and Global Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA from 2006 to 2008. Additional experience includes partnership at Deloitte and co-founding Forecast, a consulting firm. Kay's academic background includes an MBA from Universität Trier and studies at Dublin City University and the European School of Brussels II.
