Job Ojuok

Job Ojuok has extensive experience in human resources, focusing primarily on the African and Asian regions. Job started their career at RTI International as a Regional HR Specialist in Africa and later became the Regional HR Manager. Job then moved on to Women for Women International as an Associate Director of Human Resources, where they led the development and delivery of HR services across multiple levels of the organization. Job then joined ChildFund International as a Regional HR Manager for Africa, responsible for formulating and implementing HR strategies and managing complex HR issues. Job later joined Trace Group International as the Director of Human Resources, overseeing HR and Operations functional managers. Currently, Job is working at Relief International as the Regional HR Director for Africa & Asia. In this role, they are responsible for delivering customer-focused HR services to support a large staff across ten country offices in Africa and Asia.

Job Ojuok has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Strategic Management from Kenya Methodist University. They also have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from the same university. Additionally, Job has obtained certifications in areas such as Employer Branding, Collaborative Leadership, Human Resources Metrics, Diversity and Inclusion, and Humble Leadership.
