Originally from Old Saybrook, Connecticut, Karen earned her associate's degree in Human Services. After moving to South Carolina, she joined the Carolina Energy team for 14 years before becoming a customer service star at RELiON. Karen's on the frontline of answering customer inquiries and assists with other various customer service-related duties.
