Florin Visa has held various leadership roles throughout their career, including Director at RBS International and Raiffeisen Investment, as well as Executive Director at Saakra Financial and Filipescu Visa Financial Advisors. Currently, they serve as a Partner at Early Game Ventures and hold advisory positions at Relock, Orbital Matter, and The Cat Health Company. Florin's experience also includes being a Principal Banker at EBRD and a Seed Investor at Cushon. They earned bachelor's degrees from both Academia de Studii Economice din București and Universitatea Româno-Americană din București.
