Carina Alabanza

Carina Alabanza is an experienced UX designer with a strong background in leading and managing UX teams. Carina is currently the Principal UX Designer at Reltio, where they help define and execute the overall user experience for multi-cloud based, multi-tenant MDM products. Prior to that, they served as the Director of UX at iHealth Labs, where they implemented designer training modules and promoted Lean UX methodologies. Carina also worked as a UX Researcher at iHealth Labs, conducting qualitative and quantitative research for Enterprise Solutions mobile applications. Additionally, they gained valuable experience as a User Experience Intern at Lam Research and as a User Experience Design Intern at AdNuance Inc, where they evaluated software usability and wireframed layouts.

Carina Alabanza completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Molecular Biology from the University of California, Davis from 2005 to 2009. Carina subsequently attended San Jose State University and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from 2010 to 2012. Carina then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Factors/Ergonomics from San Jose State University, which they completed from 2012 to 2014.
