Edmond Yu has worked in various roles in the customer service industry since 2015. Edmond began their career as a Country Accountant for the Customer Experience Group in 2015. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Key Account Manager for the same company. In 2018, they moved to Majorel China as an Account Manager. Most recently, they joined RELX Technology in 2021 as a Digital Customer Operation Manager.
Edmond Yu attended Shanghai Finance University from 2010 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Finance and Accounting.
