Jacob Zhuang

Jacob Zhuang has worked for several companies over the past nine years. Jacob began their career in 2011 as an Associate at PwC Consulting - People & Organization. In 2012, they moved to Accenture as a Senior Consultant. In 2016, they joined KPMG as a Consulting Manager, where they managed a team of professionals in client engagement and provided leadership and shaped delivery solutions. Jacob also developed client relationships to promote the reputation of KPMG and identified new client opportunities. In 2018, Jacob moved to OYO as Senior Director of Central Operations. Most recently, they have been the Head of Operations Strategy and Director of Operations at RELX Technology since 2019.

Jacob Zhuang graduated from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics in 2011 with a Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce.
