Jie Shen

Jie Shen has held various positions in the Human Resources and Sales fields over the past 18 years. In 2021, they began their current role as Head of Human Resources at RELX Technology. Prior to that, they worked at Alibaba Group from 2015 to 2021 as HRD of Alibaba Digital Media & Entertainment Group. From 2014 to 2015, they worked at Amazon as a Senior Human Resources Manager. From 2006 to 2014, they worked at Ericsson in two roles: HR Business Partner and Head of Strategic Sourcing (Broadband Portfolio). From 2004 to 2006, they worked at SVA-NEC Liquid Crystal Display Co., Ltd as Sales Manager of International Account. Finally, from 2003 to 2004, they worked at NEC Display Solutions as a Product Engineer.

Jie Shen attended Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications from 1999-2003, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering. Jie then returned to Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications from 2007-2009, where they earned a Master's degree in Engineering Management.
