Ekaterina Vyatkina

Ekaterina Vyatkina possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Rewards for RELX since January 2010, where responsibilities include driving compensation processes and fostering a high-performance culture. Previously, Ekaterina acted as HR Director for RELX Russia, overseeing HR activities across five legal entities and supporting strategic alignment with business goals. Prior experience includes HR Manager at New Wave Group, where notable achievements involved establishing a personnel department from scratch and successfully handling recruitment efforts. Additionally, Ekaterina worked as a Senior Recruitment Manager at SOECON, managing recruitment processes across various sectors. Academic qualifications include specialist studies in Linguistics from Lomonosov Moscow State University and Moscow Pedagogical State University.
