Mary Ann Horgan

Mary Ann Horgan is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of US Tax at RELX since April 2012, Mary Ann has previously held positions as Director of Federal Tax and Director of State and Local Tax within the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Tax Manager at Raytheon, where significant strategic initiatives were implemented, yielding a $60 million cash tax benefit. Earlier roles include Tax Manager at Ernst & Young and Tax Consultant/Tax Manager at Arthur Andersen, where Mary Ann focused on corporate reorganizations and tax compliance. Mary Ann holds a JD from Suffolk University Law School and a BSBA in Management & Finance from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.
