Philippe Resbeut

Philippe Resbeut is the Projects Operations Director and Deputy COO at Rely, where they are responsible for overall execution of projects and client portfolio follow-up. With 20 years of experience in project management, subcontracting, and construction within the oil and gas sector, Philippe has developed extensive knowledge in international environments and various contract types. Previously, they held key positions at Technip and TechnipFMC, overseeing significant projects such as the Karish & Tanin Project and the Plateau Maintenance Project. Philippe earned their degree as a Graduate Engineer from Polytech Marseille between 1997 and 2000.
