Astha Sharma

Astha Sharma possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR at Oxfam since September 2013 and as Manager of HR operations at Rely Services Inc since September 2011. Previous roles include HR Manager and Training Head at Outreach Integrated Services Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities included implementing HR programs, employee relations, and grievance handling. Astha also held the position of HR and Marketing Manager at Harsha International from July 2007 to November 2009. Astha Sharma earned an MBA in HR from SCMLD between 2005 and 2007 and completed foundational education at Jaipuria Vidyalaya from 1994 to 2002.
