Michel Noel

Michel Noel has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Michel started their career in 2005 as a POS On-site Repair technician at Intellys. Michel then worked at Dell as an Advanced Level 2 IT Tech Support, providing software and hardware assistance to customers. From 2008 to 2009, Michel served as a Senior IT Manager at Phoenix Technical Support and later worked as an IT Consultant at TES - The Employment Solution.

In 2010, Michel joined CaseWare International Inc. as an Implementation Analyst, delivering auditing solutions and providing technical support to clients. Michel also served as a Corporate Trainer and Tier 2 Support during their tenure there. At ctc TrainCanada, Michel worked as an Assistant Database Developer in 2009.

Michel then joined Dual Code Inc. in 2016 as a Client Services Specialist, offering technical support, configuration, and optimization of their customized Learning Management System (LMS) servers. In 2019, they transitioned to Snyk as a Technical Support Engineer, Tier 2, providing support and troubleshooting for integrated technologies.

In 2020, Michel returned to Dual Code Inc. as an Implementation Specialist, leading projects and providing Tier 2 escalation support. Currently, they are working at Relyance AI as an Implementation Manager, responsible for implementing their technology and acting as a customer liaison.

Throughout their career, Michel has demonstrated strong technical expertise, customer service skills, and the ability to lead projects.

Michel Noel attended Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology from 2007 to 2008, where they studied Computer Sciences with a focus on Unix Administration. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Learning REST APIs and Learning Python from LinkedIn in October 2020 and May 2020, respectively.
