David Blackwell

David Blackwell has extensive experience in the field of environmental management and occupational safety. Currently serving as SUXOS at RELYANT, LLC since September 2017, David has held various positions including Owner at Menewa LLC from December 2013 to 2020 and UXOSO/QCS at Sterling Global Operations for a brief period in 2013. David's earlier roles include Construction Safety Manager and SUXOS at ITSI Gilbane from May 2007 to November 2012. David holds an OSHA 510 Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health Technology/Technician from the University of South Florida and has completed additional education through Lake-Sumter State College and the CQM program from the US Army Corps of Engineers.
