Sandra Waire Sphr

Sandra Waire, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Sandra started their career in 1997 as the Director of HR, Purchasing and Risk Management at the Terrebonne Association for Retarded Citizens, Inc., where they worked for ten years. Following that, they joined The Home Depot in 2007 and held various roles including Store Human Resource Manager and District HRM - Talent Management. In 2009, Sandra joined Wegmann Dazet & Company as a Human Resource Director. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources for US Territories at RelyOn Nutec (US) since 2012.

Sandra Waire, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a background in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Business, from Indian River State College. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications in the field of Human Resources.

Sandra holds the ADP Certified Human Resources Specialist in ADP Workforce Now® certification, obtained from ADP in April 2020. Sandra also holds the designation of SHRM-SCP, obtained from SHRM in February 2015. Sandra has also earned the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from SHRM in January 2015. Sandra obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute in May 2010.
