Camryn Okere

Camryn Okere has a diverse range of work experience starting from 2019. Camryn began as a Business Development Associate at iXperience, followed by roles at Steelcase as a Product Marketing Intern and Change Management Intern. Camryn then worked as the Ambassador Director for Bumble in New York City, where they developed strategies to drive app growth through events, activations, and campaigns.

Camryn also had roles at The Wall Street Journal as a Product Design/UX Intern and New Audiences Fellow. Camryn then worked at Mastercard as an Account Associate in Technology Account Management. Following this, they served as a Strategy Fellow at FARRYNHEIGHT.

In 2020, Camryn started their own company called Rem and Company, where they are the Founder and Creative Director. Initially focusing on offering free consulting services to small businesses impacted by the pandemic, the company has since grown into an information hub, digital community platform, and marketplace for small businesses across the US and Canada. Camryn is currently the Head of Curriculum Development for Rem on Campus.

Camryn then transitioned to roles at iXperience and RealEats as a Head Teacher of Digital Marketing and Director of Content, respectively. Most recently, they worked at kindly as a Consultant developing ambassador and influencer programs for a Walmart private label brand. Camryn successfully created a strong digital presence, increased brand awareness, generated content briefs, and established outreach systems to recruit ambassadors and influencers.

Camryn's work experience demonstrates their ability to adapt and excel in various industries and roles, utilizing their skills in marketing, strategy, content development, and community-building.

Camryn Okere completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Leadership and Strategic Management at Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School from 2016 to 2020. In 2018, they pursued a course in Visual Design at iXperience in Berlin. Camryn also attended Reichman University for a brief period in 2017. Prior to their university education, they obtained a NYS Regents Diploma from Edgemont Junior-Senior High School between 2010 and 2016.
