Ayesha Barenblat

Ayesha Barenblat is the Founder and CEO of Remake, established in January 2015, focusing on sustainable fashion and advocating for the rights of women in the fashion supply chain. Prior to this, Ayesha served as the Buyer Relations Officer at Better Work, an initiative of the International Labour Organization, where partnerships with American and European fashion brands were formed to enhance working conditions in the industry from October 2012 to January 2015. From January 2006 to October 2012, Ayesha held the position of Director of Consumer Products at Business for Social Responsibility, leading efforts to foster responsible labor practices and women's empowerment within fashion. Ayesha's earlier experience includes analytical roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and CRA Rogers Casey. Ayesha holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley.
