Laila Myksvoll

Laila Myksvoll has extensive experience in legal and corporate roles within the technology and telecommunications sectors. As Chairman of the Board at Envision IT AS since 2003, Laila oversees a consultancy focused on technical information and life cycle data management. In 2023, Laila became General Counsel for reMarkable, contributing to the executive management team and guiding the legal strategy. Previously, Laila served as Group General Counsel for Magseis Fairfield ASA, playing a crucial role in the company's turnaround and acquisition by TGS. Other notable positions include Corporate Lawyer at Telia Company, where Laila facilitated the Bonnier acquisition, and Group General Counsel for Get AS and TDC AS, where Laila led significant merger and acquisition transactions.
